RETURN POLICY
Refund requests are granted for orders that have not been shipped. In the event your order arrives damaged, email nourishbodyessentials@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and don't include holidays. Processing time fluctuates between 2-8 business days before shipping and will always be stated in the header of the website, viewable before placing an order. Order to delivery will take up to 14 days depending on processing time and your distance from South Carolina.
My shipping address is incorrect. How do I update it?
Please make sure you enter your address correctly and completely including the suite or apartment number. Unfortunately, addresses cannot be changed nor an order rerouted once a label has been created.

My order was returned to sender. Can you ship it back to me?
Orders that are returned to sender by the courier are refunded minus the cost of shipping. You will need to place a new order.
I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and I’m unable to retrieve my package from where it was delivered. Can you send me a new package?
Unfortunately, you must retrieve the order from where it was delivered or place a new order with the correct address. In this instance, replacements and refunds will not be granted.
